At TRST Labs B.V. (“TRST Labs,” “Intento,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”), we respect and protect the privacy of visitors to our website, intento.zone, and users interacting with the Intento blockchain, the Intento Portal, and all associated services we maintain (collectively, the “Service”).
These Global Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect visitors’ and users’ information as part of the Service. Any reference to your use of the Service includes your interactions with the Intento blockchain, Portal, smart contracts, and other tools deployed by TRST Labs. What “Personal Information” means. In these Terms, “Personal Information” refers to data that identifies or could be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly. Except as described here, TRST Labs will not sell, rent, or transfer your Personal Information to any third party.

How we collect, use, and share your Personal Information and other information
a. Information you provide to us. If you register for Intento services (e.g. portal access, email updates), we may collect data such as your name, email, or on-chain wallet address. We may also collect metadata about your interaction with our UI or contracts. Any user-generated content submitted through the Portal is considered User Content.
We may retain communications you send to us or data submitted via the Intento Portal. This includes feedback, bug reports, and any interactions tied to your wallet address.
b. Information we may receive from and share with third parties. If you use a wallet or third-party auth provider (e.g. Keplr, Leap, Metamask), those services may provide us limited data such as wallet address, session information, or chain preferences. These platforms are governed by their own privacy policies.
TRST Labs may share Personal Information with trusted service providers (e.g. email providers, analytics platforms, Web3 infra services) strictly for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. These providers may not use your data for their own marketing.
Links to other websites. The Intento Portal and docs may contain links to third-party tools, explorers, or partner sites. This Terms of Service applies only to properties operated by TRST Labs.
TRST Labs is not liable for any outcomes from interacting with third-party smart contracts or delegating control to others (e.g. through authz, multisig, or hosted execution). Use caution and always review permissions before signing blockchain messages.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys. If you choose to grant access to your flows or data to a third-party, you do so at your own risk.
