Growing the Ecosystem: Upgrades, Ambassador & Delegation Programs

Over the past weeks, our community has been hard at work. 4,000+ flows have already been created, demonstrating real, tangible usage of Intento Flows. On the governance side, we now have 10+ active network governors and 9 proposals submitted.

This level of engagement sets the stage for two programs designed to reward contribution, participation, and long-term alignment: the Ambassador Program and the Delegation Program — Yin and Yang of Intento’s incentive ecosystem.

Today also marks the end of the full claim period, meaning that rewards will decay over 8 weeks, which is looking to result in a massive clawback back to the community pool, where tokens will be reinvested or burned.

Intento Portal

Thanks to user feedback, we’ve made changes to Intento Portal, with new features as well as key fixes and patches. These UX improvements focus on user-friendliness for everyone — not just builders and power users. The portal is now smoother, more intuitive, and ready to support both newcomers and advanced users as we scale the ecosystem.

Next up are exciting new flow templates focused on self-custodial trading strategies. Just like Bitcoin put financial sovereignty in your hands, these flows give you full control over your trading strategies.

These are first-of-their-kind trading strategies where you hold the keys, you set the rules, and you stay in control—no intermediaries, no compromises.

Intento v1.0.5 Upgrade

We’re releasing the v1.0.5 Upgrade, and proposing a chain upgrade.

What’s in v1.0.5:

• Adds proper support for a Difference mode in comparisons and feedback loops
• Burned tokens can be queried directly (tracking from this upgrade)
• Execution now halts on host chain errors too
• INTO now fully prioritized as fee token
• More robust condition checking
• Cleaner query response formats
• Overall stability improvements

Ambassador Program

The Ambassador Program is for passionate community members who want to help grow Intento. Ambassadors play a key role in spreading awareness, creating content, participating in events, and providing feedback on new features.

Token Allocation

2% of total INTO supply is allocated with quarterly submissions for 3M tokens for the next 3 years. Early contributions are weighted higher to reward those who help bootstrap the ecosystem. The remaining 5M held in reserve to support future growth, provide boosts or bonusus later on, and to ensure continued ambassador engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Answer questions, moderate discussions, and support newcomers.
• Content Creation: Tutorials, blog posts, videos, or memes highlighting Intento.
• Events & Campaigns: Webinars, workshops, or online/offline events.
• Feedback & Testing: Beta testing, feature feedback, and ecosystem insights.

Quality Rating

Each contribution will be rated on 5 dimensions: relevance, quality, engagement, creativity, and consistency. Rewards are distributed based on quarterly submissions, so all contributions now count toward your standing.

Delegation Program

The Delegation Program complements the Ambassador Program by focusing on governance and ecosystem impact. It rewards governors, ecosystem builders, public goods contributors, and researchers/security professionals for actively participating in and supporting the network.

• Pool size: 125M INTO (of 400M total supply)
• Epoch: quarterly, with rebalance based on operations, engagement, voting, usage, and integrations
• Pre-launch: Initial delegation to all governors equally (10M each)
• Transparency: On-chain lists + public dashboard + monthly reports

Roadmap: Entering Q4 2025

Intento is entering a phase of alignment and optimization. Here’s how we’re rolling out the ecosystem:
